Another week full of serenity in Bergolo

Howdy lovely people of this world, it's Batuhan, a fresh voice on this blog.

I want to start this week's post by introducing myself. My name is Batuhan, and I am a 21-year-old marine engineering student from Turkey. Right now, I've started my short-term volunteering here in Bergolo with Associazione Vagamondo. I participated in VSF2 in June; that's why it's not exactly my first time in Bergolo. However, I have to say it's very different (in a good way, of course) at this time of year, and the view is absolutely astonishing.

Guess who is the Batuhan? :)

As you can understand, I arrived in Bergolo and received a warm welcome thanks to our other volunteers! :) In addition to these things, Mili came back to Bergolo from Chieti. She participated in Afro European Youth Together, where she helped with the organization and facilitation of the project, and she did a great job! Welcome back! For others, Daryna was here in Italy and cooked amazing bread for us! (Thanks :)) Remy and I tried to make seasoned orata with rice, and I have to say it's amazing! We should open a restaurant somewhere near Bergolo :)

Also, with other volunteers from New Wellness and Parco Culturale, we visited the family-run restaurant Drago 2 in Monesiglio and befriended lovely people there. I have to say it was quite a lovely experience with the family and their son. Soon, Remy and I will visit them again, of course :) Other than that, things are really full of serenity here. Everything is good, and for now, we are all together...

Thanks for reading my first-ever weekly post :) Until next week, Ciao!

Oh I forget to mention the photos I took this week:)
