Well, howdy again! It's Batuhan reporting in.
After a very tiring yet joyful week, it's nearly Christmas time, and I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas!
well it was little sunny for this time of the year :)
Last week, we returned from a youth exchange project in Mallorca, Spain. It was an incredible journey where we learned, taught, laughed, and cried – everything happened there in perfect balance. The community we built was unforgettable and incredibly supportive of each other. I'm very grateful for this experience. However, it's also a bit sad as one of our lovely volunteers, Daryna, has left Bergolo because her project has come to an end. While it's tough not to see her every day, I have unwavering belief in her abilities, and I'm hopeful for her bright future. She'll undoubtedly achieve amazing things in her next chapter, and I'm certain we'll cross paths again. So, best wishes to you, Daryna! (We're here for you always!)
Apart from that, the renovation of the hostel is still in progress, and it's a fantastic team effort, I must say. I want to express my gratitude to the hosting organization, @joventutcalvia, and the project named Teach&Learn II. The essence of this project is young people teaching other young people, sharing experiences, knowledge, and ways of living and relating.
Thanks for taking the time to read this! Have a wonderful day!
